A low complexity 3D printer mechanical part

Background and Importance :

     The previous 3D printer mechanical part had a mechanism to control the movement of the plastic nozzle and/or the additional parts of the plastic injection subsystem in 3D space. The main disadvantage of this mechanical part; with z-axis descending and ascending, relies on the fact that it must be capable to support extra weight of z-axis load. Lowering the extra load by means of splitting the plastic injection subsystem and introducing the Bowden tube may cause an error of filament clogging due to the non-uniform filament diameter.

Technology :

     The low complexity 3D printer mechanical part makes use of the stepper motor in conjunction with the timing belt to control the motion of the xy plane where a printing model is placed. It controls the stepper motors in combination with the screw rods to move up and down in the z-axis. The load in the z-axis is only the plastic nozzles and/or the additional parts of the plastic injection subsystem.
